In this step we work with clients on developing a project plan and budget for the establishment of offshore facilities.  Our contacts and network in the Philippines allows us to create accurate timelines and cost effective budgets that prevents local vendors from asking for overhead charges..   

Headway Business Services work as the program manager in the actual implementation and office set-up in the Philippines in coordination with the client. Being located in the Philippines allows us to represent clients (reducing client travel time) and coordinate project activities through direct contact with vendors and contractors.
