Country Integration Management

The Country Integration Management service takes the advisory and consulting service one step further to make it a Turnkey solution. Headway Business Services provides advice and recommendations and then works with the client in the actual implementation of the presented solutions. The consultant:

  1. Works with the client to develop a business plan and budget
  2. Becomes a project manager to ensure milestones are met and timelines are kept while not exceeding the budget
  3. Uses local knowledge to make contact with and determine the best suitable local vendors and contractors for the client to work with
  4. Works as a liaison between the client and vendors and contractors.
  5. Organizes and arranges site visits for the client.
