He has worked previously in the information technology industry in Germany and the Philippines, as well as in the food processing industry in Ireland and Manufacturing industry in Germany. In his various assignments, he focused on strategy, organization design, corporate development and change management in the areas of sales, marketing and operations. He is on the Board of Advisors of AIESEC, University of the Philippines in Diliman. He holds a bachelor degree in European Business from Dublin City University, Ireland and a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) from European School of Business Reutlingen, Germany. |  | | Mike Cardenas His career experience includes twenty-five years of experience with the information technology industry at IBM and ALLTEL. He exercised various domestic and regional management and executive responsibilities in the banking, telecommunications, airline, manufacturing, distribution, energy, public utility, call center and business process outsourcing market spaces. He is the Chairman of the Board of Advisors at AIESEC, University of the Philippines in Diliman. Mike qualified for a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at De La Salle University. |

MANAGING PARTNER Noli Susana Binay Her background includes spearheading efforts to establish a Quality Management System that includes documentation of policies and procedures, internal audits and conducting employee and customer surveys . As a Manager of Quality, she has implemented ISO 9000:2000 at Diversified Technology Systems, Inc. Other roles include being Training Officer, work within a Credit and Collection Customer Care Division and an account manager. Noli is an accredited trainer of the Service Plus Program by SGV-DDI and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9000:2000 (IRCA Reg.# A17047) quality audit with Neville-Clark Philippines. She took up Management from the University of the East and is a graduate of the 73rd Managers Course from UP-ISSI, Diliman. |

Bryan Hori His work experience has ranged from engineering research for the Canadian government to NGO operations management in Hungary and the Netherlands. His professional experience has mostly centered around strategic and operational planning, project management and research and analysis. This has been achieved through effectively leading, coaching and managing teams in cross cultural environments. He holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Carleton University, Canada and a master's of applied science degree in chemical and biological engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Eva Mikitova Her previous working experience includes leadership experience as the national head of AIESEC in the Czech Republic, as well as an international sales and marketing position in a company within the metal industry in Serbia. During her assignments she focused on strategy development, concepts building, coaching and soft skills training. Besides short-term studies in Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuernberg, in Germany, she holds a master degree in public economics from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.

| Sonia Oprean Working as Project Manager, Public Relations Officer, Project Manager and Career Guidance Counselor in different NGOs, she is skilled in managing human resources, assessing educational needs and creating structures for educational and development programs. She has experience as a Business Consultant, with focus on market entry strategies and business planning. Passionate about the Public-Private Partnership, she was a Youth Delegate at the National Conference Youth Summit 2008 where she headed the Education Division in discussing public policies with State representatives. She qualified for a Bachelor Degree at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of West Timisoara, Romania.
